One thing have I asked of the Lord that will I seek after:
that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life,
to gaze upon the beauty of the Lord and to inquire in his temple.
Psalm 27:4

The prayer room is at the heart of THOP. It is here that we establish rhythms of intercession, adoration and devotion. We welcome all people to join with us during these times. In order for prayer sets to operate normally, we ask that all in attendance be respectful to both the prayer room team as well as others in attendance.

prayer room guidelines

No food or drinks in the prayer room; water with a lid is welcome.

Please take conversations outside to the hallway; we want to be respectful to those in prayer.

Find a place to settle in! Please refrain from climbing on stage or into the sound booth. These spaces are for prayer room team members only.

We ask that any prophetic words or words of knowledge be based in scripture. We are committed to a culture of the Word.

While ministering to one another is common in the prayer room, we ask that you take any occurrences that may be distracting into the hallway.

Please wait to share prophetic words with others until they invite you to speak with them. Otherwise, write it on a piece of paper and slip it to them. We don’t seek to distract our time to receive from and minister to the Lord.

Each set has a prayer leader that you may consult about sharing with the corporate gathering. This allows us to discern together what would be most fruitful for the time.
